What Inclusive Instructors Do: Book Talk with Dr. Tracie Addy
Dr. Tracie Addy, associate dean of teaching & learning at Lafayette College, joined us for a virtual event that drew on her coauthored book What Inclusive Instructors Do: Principles and Practices for Excellence in College Teaching.
She started with a brief overview of some key concepts that are important to inclusive teaching. She then provided an opportunity to reflect on the instructional equity/inclusion challenges instructors face in their teaching and explore how principles and practices from the book can be applied to meet those challenges.
