Si Chen
Postdoctoral Researcher
Si Chen is a postdoctoral researcher at the Lucy Family Institute for Data & Society and with Notre Dame Learning. Her research focuses on AI in education and human-computer interaction, emphasizing how emerging technologies influence educational equity and accessibility through human-centered approaches.
She earned a Ph.D. in information sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2024 and a bachelor of science from Tsinghua University in 2019. In addition to her academic background, she has hands-on experience working in special-education schools and related professional fields.
