Annie Conaghan

Annie Conaghan is a digital program manager with the Office of Digital Learning, collaborating with ODL colleagues and Notre Dame faculty to ensure smooth management throughout the lifecycle of projects. She is passionate about centering collaborative relationships and knows that this can lead to higher quality and more successful deliverables.

Annie joined the Office of Digital Learning in January 2026. She began working at Notre Dame after she completed her master's in global affairs (MGA) with the University’s Keough School of Global Affairs, where she focused on governance and policy with a specialization in international education. She previously worked with the Lucy Family Institute for Data and Society and the Pulte Institute for Global Development as a program manager and research associate. In both of these positions, she focused on increasing equitable and accessible quality education through research. Prior to Notre Dame, Annie served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Kyrgyzstan and Malawi.

Outside of work Annie enjoys reading, taking care of her 32 houseplants to varying levels of success, and spending time with friends.
