Classroom technology - http://oit.nd.edu/clusters_classrooms

• Most classrooms have projector, screen, DVD, and laptop hookup. Some have a computer or document camera.
• Learn to use the technology by viewing short videos or call 631-8778 to arrange a classroom tech tour.
• To request classroom delivery of computer projection or a document camera, call 631-8782 or fill out the form
• Portable devices are available for classroom checkout: laser pointer, wireless microphone, digital audio recorder, CD/cassette player, mini-DV video camera, or tripod. Inquire at 115 DeBartolo.
• Cable television is accessible in the classrooms, including channels in Spanish, Italian, French, German, and Russian, as well as SCOLA-4 (news from India and the Pacific Rim)

• Three types of space are accessible online using WebFile - http://webfile.nd.edu
1. NetFile (N:) - Windows and Mac - 8 GB* of file space for new faculty accounts
2. AFS (H:) - all platforms - 10 MB* (not much) for new accounts.
3. Courseware (I:) - online space for course files (see above) - default of 1 GB* on activation
   * Additional space may be rrequested online

• RefWorks - web-based bibliographic management tool
• Library instruction - schedule sessions for your students on RefWorks, online databases, or other topics
• Media - check out DVDs, CDs, and other resources
• Subject area librarians - contact them if you need a DVD or CD for a class and the library doesn't have it

• Wiki - request a Confluence wiki through Hesburgh Libraries
• Blog - request a WordPress blog through Agency ND
• Class videotaping - you are entitled to three free tapings per semester
• Media duplication and conversion - videotape, slide, DVD, etc. (see copyright policy)
• Training - class listings and printed documentation - register for classes using Endeavor
• Software - learn how to download, purchase, and license a number of programs
• Video conferencing - schedule a facility
• Scantron ($$) - purchase forms, drop-off completed tests, and pick-up results in 301 O'Shaughnessy
